Diagnostic Audiology Services (DAS) is a leading Irish hearing clinic with a proud tradition of excellence spanning over three decades. Founded in 1985 by Judith M. Nugent, a distinguished audiologist with extensive experience at the Royal Victoria, Ear and Ear Hospital, Dublin, DAS has been at the forefront of hearing care in Ireland.

Built on a foundation of family and expertise, DAS offers personalised hearing solutions tailored to individual needs. Our commitment to exceptional care is reflected in our continued growth and expansion, with convenient locations in Maypark, Artane (dedicated to the memory of Charles Nugent), and the Beacon Sandyford.

In 2017, we welcomed Audiologist Renata Ferrari, who holds a Master’s degree in hearing, balance, and communication, to our team. Renata’s expertise has been invaluable in enhancing our services and maintaining the high standards set by our founder. In recognition of her contributions, Renata became a partner with Charyl Nugent in 2024, ensuring that Judy’s legacy of compassionate care continues. While Judy retired in 2019, her invaluable knowledge and experience remain a cornerstone of our practice.
